Six of Brisbane’s best chefs serve up a six-course set menu with a matching beverage at Billy Kart, West End.

The set menu is a collaborative effort with each chef creating one dish for the menu. Matching beverages feature a unique pairing of boutique wine, beer and vermouth.

This year’s Sydney event will see executive and renowned head chefs from Quay, Bennelong, Aria and Icebergs, mentoring Food for Thought chefs to show that as an industry we are taking the issues surrounding mental health seriously.

The event is a collaborative effort with Food for Thought chefs recreating one dish for a mentor as a canape… chefs will serve up an 8-piece canape and beverage package.
